Get Rid of a Stomach Ache Naturally

Stomach pains are a normal part of life; we will all experience them at some points in our life.   • Squeeze a little lemon juice into a glass of warm water and drink to soothe your stomach.
  • Use a hot water bottle or heating pad on your stomach to help relieve pain and soothe cramps.
  • Give yourself a food massage. Rub the center arch of the left foot – in reflexology this helps with stomach pain.
  • Eat bland foods such as toast, oatmeal, yogurt, rice and applesauce. They are less irritating to the stomach.
  • Make sure your yogurt has live cultures. Probiotics are a great way to soothe the digestive tract.
  • Get some exercise. Exercising helps you feel better and it loosens up your bowels.
