Milia is a difficult skin condition to conquer.   • Make your own milia removal products. Mix 2 tablespoons of honey with 1 tablespoon of jojoba oil. Apply to the face and leave for 20 minutes. Try three or four times daily.
  • Add 1 tablespoon of sugar and 3 tablespoons of oatmeal to one tablespoon of honey and 1 tablespoon of jojoba oil. Gently scrub on the face for several minutes then rinse.
  • Mix sandalwood powder and rosewater into a paste, spread evenly on the face and leave for 15 minutes. Wash with cool water and pat your face dry.
  • Pomegranate peel power is rich in vitamin C and helps to soothe acne, pimples and milia.
  • Make a gentle lemon and sugar scrub. Use twice a week for a couple months for best results.
  • Cornstarch and vinegar make a quick and easy, gentle scrub that helps to work away milia.
  • Tea tree oil dries up the small white bumps of milia.
  • Aloe vera soothes, heals and lowers inflammation, plus it’s full of antioxidants that help open the pores and clean out milia.
  • Fenugreek is full of antiseptic and anti-inflammatory oils. Grind a handful with some water and spread the paste on your face. Leave for 15 minutes then wash away each and every day.
  • Exfoliate your face at least three times a week.
  • Wear SPF 15 or higher sunscreen on your face after you’ve had a few minutes to help clear up your milia.
