How to Get Rid of Bed Sores

Bed sores, also known as pressure sores are an injury to the skin and tissues under the skin in which constant pressure reduces blood supply to the area causing the skin to break down and form an ulcer. They are most likely to form if you or the person suffering from them are bed-ridden. They tend to form over the bony areas of the body where there is less cushion between skin and bone.
