Treat Delayed Ejaculation Naturally

Delayed or retarded ejaculation occurs when a male sexual partner is unable to ejaculate depsite both the desire to and a normal erection. There are a number of reasons this may happen including concerns such as pregnancy, perform anxiety, poor ‘training’, and medical concerns. How can I treat and prevent delayed ejaculation?

  • Let yourself enjoy the moment. Let go of worries and concerns and simply enjoy the sensations.
  • Communicate with your partner and discuss both the problem and any fears that may be causing it.
  • Don’t try to force yourself to ejaculate. Remember, you cannot force yourself to ejaculate anymore than you can force yourself to sweat. It will come naturally.
  • Work on increasing your intimacy with your partner.
  • Avoid using alcohol and stop smoking.

  • Get regular exercise.
  • Work on managing your stress, anxiety and depression.
  • Get plenty of sleep.
  • Stop masturbating. Sometimes masturbation techniques can create unrealistic expectations for intercourse. By stopping you can help to buildd-up desire and create a more realistic orgasm threshhold.
  • If you cannot stop masturbating, switch hands.
