Trichomoniasis, also known as trichomonas, is an STD that is caused by the Trichomonas parasite.   • Increase your garlic intake. It has natural antibacterial properties that help to fight off the parasite that causes the infection.
  • Have 8 glasses of water throughout the day to help flush out your body.
  • Avoid alcohol, coffee and sweet juices that make the environment better for the bacteria.
  • Refrain from sexual intercourse and tampons while fighting the infection.
  • Wash your genitals with a wash such as lemon, apple cider vinegar and water. Or you could try water, black walnut liquid, goldenseal, aloe vera and garlic powder.
