  • Apply some almond oil to the skin beneath the eyes. Leave overnight to help fade the circles, then gently wash away with cool water in the morning.
  • No almond oil? You can do the same thing with the vitamin E from a vitamin E capsule.
  • The skin lightening and astringent effects of cucumber make it perfect for getting rid of dark circles. Place cold slices over the eyes for 10 minutes, then rinse with water. Repeat twice a day for a week or so.
  • Chill a potato then grate it and soak up the juice with a cotton ball. Place it over closed eyes and let seep into the skin for 10 to 15 minutes. Rinse with cool water.
  • Soak some cotton pads in rose water and place over closed eyes for about 15 minutes. The natural skin rejuvenation and astringent properties will help to heal and cleanse.

  • Make a paste of turmeric and milk. Apply under the eyes and leave for 10 minutes. The antioxidant properties of the turmeric will help minimize dark circles and make the skin smoother and softer.
  • Up your intake of vitamin K.
  • Eat foods that help to rebalance the kidneys.
