Get Rid of Ganglion Cysts Naturally

Ganglion cysts are small lumps under the skin that are filled with a thick, jelly-like fluid called synovial fluid. Synovial fluid usually surrounds the joints and tendons as a lubricant, but when they become damaged may get forced out into the cyst. No one is quite sure why they form but age and injury are the most likely causes. They are not generally painful or fatal, though they can cause pain if they form next or on top of a nerve.
