Milia is a difficult skin condition to conquer.   • Aloe vera soothes, heals and lowers inflammation, plus it’s full of antioxidants that help open the pores and clean out milia.
  • Fenugreek is full of antiseptic and anti-inflammatory oils. Grind a handful with some water and spread the paste on your face. Leave for 15 minutes then wash away each and every day.
  • Exfoliate your face at least three times a week.
  • Wear SPF 15 or higher sunscreen on your face after you’ve had a few minutes to help clear up your milia.
