Age spots, also known as solar lentigines, are well defined colored areas of brown or grey skin. They can appear anywhere but are most commonly seen on the hands, face, neck and chest.   • Wash your age spots with olive oil, then rinse with lemon juice and warm water. Apply lemon juice to age spots, not those near the eyes, morning and night as long as there is no irritation.
