- Cranberry juice is a highly recommended treatment for all bladder conditions. It prevents bacterial growth in the urine.
- Try an infusion tea with a teaspoon birch, a teaspoon dandelion, and a teaspoon hydrangea. Simmer for one minute, strain and drink twice a day.
- Blueberries are excellent at keeping urine acidic.
